Great question. The great thing about resumes is that they are fairly flexible. I would recommend you have a category named "Leadership Development" or "Extra-Curricular Experience" and include all that activity in one section. If the interviewer asks you about it you can discuss it further during interview.
Having these experiences on your resume early in your career is key to getting notices. Nice job getting yourself prepared.

This is a great question. I would recommend having your extracurriculars separate from your schooling. It's typical to include these at the bottom of your resume along with community involvement, etc.

I recommend listing the Extracurricular Activities in one place, rather than split between the two schools, just to ensure the information is organized in a way that is easy to find/understand. If you feel the need to specify which groups you were a part of, at each college, perhaps you could use the college's abbreviation to indicate where you were involved. Since the average time recruiters spend looking at resumes is approximately 7 seconds, you don't want anything to be missed!

That’s a great question, and there isn’t only one correct way to go about it. As long as you remain consistent and clear, you could display these activities either way. Great job being involved on campus! Whichever way you decide to format your resume, extracurricular activities often stand out to employers.
