Like Ashlyn stated, internshps could be your best course of action. This would give you experience with a company and assist with the transition into a permanent full time role when you are done. Some bigger companies also offer tuition expense reimbursement as you finish your Electrical Engineering degree. You could also look at technican positions that could allow you the flexability to work in a lab and take classes. They would give you hands on experience for your degree.
