If you are still in college, try taking 1 or 2 of the English courses to learn to structure your grammar.
Second, try reading more books in your spare time like time period books that uses a lot of high level synonyms, metaphorical themes and shows a deeper description of emotions and ideas through words. I would recommend Charlotte Bronte’s Jane Eyre, Jane Austin’s Pride and Prejudice etc.
Or, if that is not interesting, reading more books in general helps your mind to learn how to articulate ideas.

Well, you took the first step to improving your grammar and that is in recognizing that it needs improvement. The best ways to improve grammar is through reading and writing. The more you read, the more you will subconsciously and consciously learn the ins and outs of proper grammar. The other piece is to practice it yourself. The easiest way to practice your grammar is to keep a journal. In keeping a journal, you can write about important things in your life, while having an opportunity to practice your grammar. In addition to these two hands on methods, you can find numerous websites online which have practice tips and tricks regarding grammar. Good luck!

Anytime you want to learn, improve or develop look for continuing education classes. I would google, grammar for professionals review choices. There are also standard classes offered by University’s and College’s. After you polish up on your grammar think about public speaking groups. In these groups constructive recommendations are made by your peers to help you become a better public speaker or presenter for example Toast Masters.
