One thing to keep in mind while interviewing, is that it’s best to sound like yourself and give the most honest answers. While it’s good to practice your answers, if your answers do not sound genuine, it tends to sound awkward and unnatural. In terms of why you chose the company or want the job, its best to make sure that your values match the company’s and that the company culture would be a good fit. Focus on highlighting your qualifications that match the role you are interviewing for. If there are qualifications for the position that may not be your strength, I recommend telling the interviewer what you are doing currently to work on developing those areas for improvement. For example, if you do not have a technical skill in your field yet, what classes are you taking or will you take to learn that skill? Are you teaching yourself in your spare time? In terms of handling stress and criticism, it is essential to remain honest here, if you answer based on what you think the interviewer wants to hear, you may end up on a team with drastically different working styles. Best of luck!
