There are various traits interviewers look for but I think they really vary by company. It is first important to understand the company culture. Depending on the culture of the company, some interviewers may prefer a more aggressive candidate while others may prefer a candidate who is personable and a great team player. Confidence is always important but in most cases, it's important not to come across overly confident. For most entry-level roles, some key traits are leadership, flexibility, positivity and a self starter. I think most employers value someone who can work well with others and someone who can be trusted to work independently but also well in a team. I would highly recommend researching the company ahead of time to understand their values and culture, and understand the role and what traits are necessary for someone in the specific position.
Best of luck!
