Let them know beforehand that you would like to discuss your performance throughout the internship and any possible next steps, so that they can prepare to have that conversation. Once in the meeting, you can inquire about any future openings they may have and if they felt you would be a qualified candidate. I would recommend trying to gather as much feedback as you can, while displaying your commitment to the company. If there aren't any opportunities opening up in the near future, don't let it demotivate you. Be sure to ask about how you can stay in contact with the company and what you can do moving forward to ensure that you are thought of for future opportunities.
